Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will provide the delivery information directly on Obvy so that the buyer can track the progress of their parcel.

How does it work?

You're selling a high-value item or a very fragile object that requires special transport, you've found a buyer and they want to receive their goods as quickly as possible before they go on holiday! No problem with Obvy and "Personalised Delivery".

Find the carrier specialising in fragile parcels and offering express delivery that suits you, so that you can assess the cost of delivery. Send a sales proposal to your buyer, taking care to select "Personalised delivery". Depending on the agreement reached with your buyer, you may or may not include the cost of delivery in the amount of your proposal. Once the proposal has been accepted, the money is secured in the Obvy digital safe for your transaction. All that's left to do is ship the package, add the tracking information directly on Obvy and confirm the shipment.

Once the parcel has arrived, your buyer confirms receipt of the goods and the money is immediately credited to your Obvy balance. You can then transfer the funds to your bank account at no extra cost.
