Instant messaging
Once a transaction is accepted, you are free to communicate with each other directly on Obvy. Discussions are unique to each transaction and are archived as soon as the transaction is completed.
Notes and opinions
After each transaction, buyer and seller leave each other a note. When you want to buy or sell, check all the ratings and reviews left on your contact by other users.
Payment in instalments
Finance your transactions and take advantage of the payment in instalments between individuals to pay for your purchases in 3, 4 or 10 instalments.
Sponsorship
Invite others to join Obvy by giving them your referral code to earn £2 for each new active referral.
Identity check
Buyers and sellers are invited to verify their account in order to obtain a trust badge.
Transfer
Transfer the proceeds of your sales to your bank account, free of charge, directly from the application.

Negotiation
The seller is able to change the price downwards in real time and up to the last moment. A small scratch or a small chip that had not been seen before? No problem!
Payment by QR code
To finalise your sale or purchase, a simple code scan on the application is all that is required. You need your security code to access this step.
Payment by encrypted code
As an alternative to the QR CODE, an encrypted code can be communicated by the seller to the buyer so that he enters it and triggers the payment.
Delivery of goods
Delivery insurance
You can take advantage of the included insurance, or take out higher levels of insurance (up to €500 compensation) to protect your deliveries between private individuals.
Opening a dispute
In the event of a problem with a delivery (loss of the parcel, damaged goods, non-conforming goods) you can contact our teams to find a solution together.
Automatic payment
The buyer has 72 hours to declare receipt and acceptance of the package once it has been identified as having been collected. After this period, the seller is automatically paid.
Video evidence
In order to ensure that everything is in order, you can ask for this evidence, asking the seller to film the goods and their packaging, and the buyer to film the unpacking of the object and the first contact with it.

Payment by QR code
Once the service is completed, scanning the QR CODE triggers the payment and finalises the transaction between the buyer and the seller.
Payment by encrypted code
Depending on your preferences, you can also complete the transaction using the encrypted code available at the time of the transaction's conclusion.
Securing period
Ideal for bookings as well as various services such as rentals, home services, or carpools, this fixed period prevents the buyer from cancelling the transaction until the end date.
